Smocked Bubble Sleeve Organic Dress

The smocked bodice stretches just enough to make this wearable straight out of the dryer, no ironing needed. Wore it to a backyard birthday party and got asked twice where it was from. The bubble sleeves are my favorite part, they hit right at the elbow without feeling puffy.
